Our Team

Magnolia Management began operations in August, 2012. Located at 719 South Chestnut Street in Henderson, North Carolina, our company includes four managing partners:

Michael A. “Tony” Norwood

Director

Tony Norwood is a graduate of Vance County Community College with and Associate Degree in Industrial Management and was employed by Harriett and Henderson Yarns, Inc. in Henderson as a Process Improvement Manager for 21 years. He is currently Managing Director of BNS Properties LLC and President and General Manager of Norwood Home Improvements, LLC both located in Henderson, North Carolina.

Pam Norwood

Office Manager/Broker

Pam is our Office Manager and holds a Brokers license with the state of North Carolina. She brings over 30 years combined administrative and clerical experience from her work in both Dr. McCaskill and Dr. Negron offices. Pam played a pivotal role to both physicians when designing and implementing office protocols and creating standard business practices. In addition to her work professionally; she is an active volunteer with both Vance County ACS Relay for Life, a Board Member of the Vance County Crimestopper, and a Chamber Ambassador for Henderson-Vance Chamber of Commerce

Lundy M. Sykes

Broker-in-Charge

Lundy Sykes is a graduate of The University of Virginia, and served in the United States Air Force. He has been President and General Manager of Juno Management Services, located in Norfolk, Virginia, since 1975. He currently holds a Real Estate Agent’s license in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and in North Carolina and is our Broker-in-Charge.

Kate Barker

Digital Communications

Kate Barker is a graduate of Old Dominion University. Her background is in corporate sales, management, and sales training. She has worked in several corporate environments over her career but now focuses her time in digital communications.
